Since I suck at drawing on the computer, is it acceptable to use a program to make an avatar or something of the sort and use that?
No. You could fill in the written application if you're not confident enough in your drawing skills

don't mind it, many people have joined first before reading the rules. It really melts my heart that you're apologizing for this :') many don't. Anyway, I draw on paper, scan it and use paint tool SAI to make the application I don't know if it's acceptable to make an avatar. Jymaru should know that
